Shipping & Return Policies 

SHIPPING POLICY (For All Products)

All Orders will ship within 5 Business Days after an Order is confirmed (Excluding Weekends & Holidays). Our Team is working diligently to assure that every order is shipped correctly and carefully to prevent mishaps and/or damage items. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

INVALID ADDRESS POLICY

Please be sure to list the correct address including Apt# or Suite# on your order. We will double check all addresses but in the event that the carrier deems your address to be invalid, we will contact you via email ASAP. We will allow you to respond within 48 hours to fix this issue. No response after 48hours will result in your order being cancelled.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

NO REFUNDS or NO EXCHANGES for ANY of the Beauty Products will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. Please refer to the wrong product policy for further instruction.

For HAIR Extensions(Only), a Refund request must be made within 48Hours via tbnaturalsco@gmail.com. Please include the following: Name, Order Number, Reason for Refund, All Picture details. All Hair extension purchases will  go through an investigation process (up to 3-5 Business days once received) that will result in a refund determination. All Hair extensions must have Original Wraps around all Bundles and everything must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping cost can be deducted from your total transaction or Paid by customer. We will keep in good contact throughout the process but please allow up to 12hr response (throughout) pending different Time Zones. You will be notified via email If refund request is Denied.

WRONG PRODUCT POLICY

While accidents can occur anytime, we will take on accountability for all wrong and/or missing product processes. If you receive the wrong product please contact us via email at tbnaturalsco@gmail.com ASAP. Please include the following: Name, Order Number, Screenshot/ Attachment of your order summary, and a photo of the wrong products received. 

 

MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

If  you haven't received your order but the carrier has deemed that your order was delivered to the address on file, please check your property, environment, or respective leasing facility etc before contacting TBN Co.
